9% Inflation.

Dear investor.

With inflation at slightly over 9%, we could be near the top end, maybe not the top, but close to the highs regarding inflation.

So with this in mind what’s next, recession or stagflation?

Banks and other financial institutions reported solid gains which was welcomed news to most who have been obsessed with this topic.

Are there areas of concern, sure, but markets tend to surprise us since, as humans, we tend to exaggerate possible outcomes.

If we evaluate these comments a tad further, it brings the following to the forefront, could the next move from the Fed, which is expected to be aggressive be the last? At the end of the day, just like 2% inflation which the Fed was delirious in calling for; 9% inflation is also pushing the high side.

Investors should digest this information calmly and determine what adjustments need to be made.

Be Proactive.

Short-term: Headlines are your buying opportunities.

Long-term: Fundamentals are your guide.

Much success to all.
