The Dollar.

Dear investor.

Is the gold price low due to direct fundamentals or more related to the enormous rise in the dollar? Can the dollar’s rise continue?

This is a very active conversation going on at the moment.

Concerning the current dollar price above a twenty-year high; in a world with endless geopolitical problems, the perception of a safe haven, and or reserve currency has been of great impact on the dollar.

Will it last? Well, the other motivator is the Fed´s hawkish position pushing the dollar higher.

To be realistic, the Fed has one more aggressive move left in their toolbox; nobody knows that better than the Fed.

Go beyond this red line, and there will be nothing to talk about.

Once the September Fed meeting is over; which markets have by more than 60% already factored in a 75 basis point increase.

Then we should start to see a much more favorable environment for precious metals heading into the end of the year.

Gold and silver are at very attractive price points, silver recently hit a two-year low.

Investors need to be in a heightened state of alert and buy the price dips before the Fed meeting.

Short-term: Headlines are your buying opportunities.

Long-term: Fundamentals are your guide.

Much success to all.
